39-1009 - unlawful to take, possess, transport, expot, process, sell, offer for sale or ship nongames species
- unlawful for common carrier knowingly to transport or receive nongame species deemed SINC

Regulations

  • Year-round taking for common snappers and softshells

  • Daily creel limit of 8, single species or combination of species

  • Possession limit of 3 creel limits (I have no idea what this means)

  • Valid fishing license required for taking
